In a celebration of the dedication and innovative strategies of counties, Homa Bay stands tall and roars once again to yet another triumph, as the best-performing county in TB control in Kenya’s annual performance review meeting. While basking in the glow of his stellar performance, they didn’t steal away the spotlight from Nyamira County who were first runners up in a close call embodying their commitment to a healthier free Kenya. Success, as they allude is not just about accolades but leaving a mark in the health sector while saving lives. Undeterred by the progression, Mandera, second runner-up, comes agonizingly close paving the way for future victories blossoming in the face of numerous challenges. The spirit of competition is well and truly alive and poses a challenge to transcend and adapt their strategies toward transforming the TB landscape. This collective dedication to eradicating TB is admirable contributing to a hopeful and promising TB-free Kenya.
